General Uses:
- BB Starved fights when you NEED to have BB up every turn?
Use Dandelga, the flat BC Regen is way more reliable than 40% fill rate
- BB Starved fights when you want BB as much as possible but not neccessary to have BB up every turn?
Use Leomurg. Urias is acceptable, but Leomurg's stats are more support oriented. Also, it should be noted that most support units have decent fill rates on their BB/SBB.
- Fights where it is necessary to upkeep SBB on a high SBB unit?
Use Urias, the fill rate becomes more and more evident the more BC you need, and because the high SBB cost units are commonly hard hitters, the 30% ATK buff helps (not a lot though).
