"Apologies for the inconvenience regarding missing gems has caused you today. Worry not as your Gems will be back once the fix has been applied. Our team is currently working to address the issue as soon as possible."

This has been an issue for multiple batches. My question is, since it seems to be the SAME PROBLEM as the latest batch, why is it happening again? It's like their team gets paid to fix problems for a temporary amount of time, and then boom it happens a gain and again. I love this game, but issues that have been supposedly "fixed" keep on happening and ultimately ruins the experience of the game. It also doesn't help when your support "team" can't handle the amount of complaints people make when these problems happen constantly.

That's my rant, I know this has been discussed multiple times, I just wanted to throw my opinion out there.
