So I was blessed just moments ago. I really wanted Lucca when the Earth rate was up. I summoned just hours after the rate was up and didn't get Lucca from 5 1(bonus) summon. I felt discourage that I spent the gems on a unit that I didn't get (I am still happy I got them though for collection!).
Today I decided to claim my summon ticket from the Daily Task Rewards and use it. I prayed to the RGNesus. A red door appeared before me. I prayed again while swiping my hands through the door. The light shined. Lucca! I am sooooo happy!
