Taken gems, no unit received yesterday

I do not want this problem to be swept under the rug.

This is not about the gem display issue (gems set to 0).

Yesterday plenty of people rare summoned but experienced problems which occured:

Connection issue
Unexpected error and the game crashes (force closes)
Insufficient diamond

Those who had this happen had their gems taken from their gem balance and DID NOT receive a new rare summon unit.

If this happened to you, file a ticket or contact Gumi's live support if you have it.

I myself did 3 summons and did not receive new units due to the errors. I am owed 15 gems. I intend to get them back and encourage you all to enquire Gumi until you do.
