PSA: Michele and GX SBB buffs scale per level.

With all these crit/rainbow teams being built, I thought I'd clear something up. I was reading through the help thread and I noticed a lot of people had this mechanic mistaken. It does not help when you answer questions with misleading information as it spreads into other people spreading the same information.
- At SBB LVL 1 Michele does not have the full 120% Attack boost and GX does not have the full ~75% crit buff.
- According to tests I ran, SBB LVL 1 Michele attack boost is ~60-65%. No information on the GX buff at SBB lvl 1 as it is too difficult to test.
