The new JP batch is out (images here), and twofu's mostly translated all of them. Not all stats are known just yet, but this entire batch has decent stats. Here's what he says they are (or at least what I interpretted what he told me they are as):
Fire: God of Betrayal Ruza
6021 HP, 2179 ATK, 1718 DEF, 1718 REC
LS : Spark damage increase (= 5* Behemoth), BC value increase (= 4* Loch Ness)
BB : 15 hit attack on a single target, Paralysis, Weakness
SBB: 28 hit attack on all enemies, Spark damage up 3 turns
Water: Goddess of Massacre/Torture Fii
5976 HP, 1722 ATK, 1857 DEF, 2052 REC
LS : Decreased cost for BB
BB : 12 hit attack on all enemies, HC drop rate up 3 turns

There's a little confusion on her SBB because it's kinda weird, but it may also be "HC drop rate up for 3 turns and additional HC drop rate bonus for just this attack."

The Light and Water units use a new mechanic, which we believe works by reducing the amount of the BB gauge used by BB and SBB. It could alternately be a reduction to the BC required to fill each BB gauge. We're not sure on how effective it is. The dark unit has the current highest base ATK in the game.
Edit: Water/Light unit's LS is confirmed as reducing the BC required to fill the BB gauge. This means in most cases, it's functionally identical to an Ares Excelsior line leader skill, but unlike Ares Excelsior, effectively improves the value of abilities with fixed BC returns such as Aem/Aisha's leader skills, Evil Shard, Lodin's BB, and so on. Due to stacking rules, it's probably more effective to use one of these new LS and one Ares LS, than two of either.
