Idol farm rate in Cordelica

I need 1 more Thunder Idol to evolve my Shock Bow Loch. I needed 2, but in 6 attempts of Paradise of the Fairies Lv3, I only managed to get 1 Thunder Idol (got a bunch of the others though).
Does anyone know of the catch rate for Idols in Cordelica, and if they are worth looking at?
According to the Brave Frontier wiki, Thunder Idols in Cordelica can be found in Valtan Fortress - The Moonlit Fortress (also can find Lario here), and Assault from Above (also can find Luna here). So I'm wondering if both of these are worth farming, for getting a Thunder Idol.
