Anyone else feels this is just some sort of shoddily designed component?
Bad enough, you can't focus targets, then you've got characters not using their Brave Bursts. I really don't think Arena can be properly balanced for this sort of game.
Everytime my opponent has their bar full, they proceed to use their BB. When my characters (especially my Loch) have their BB full they never use them.
I should probably buy a lottery ticket for every time my Loch uses his BB in Arena.
