Some FAQ

What is Blinded by Light AU?

• So this AU is based on a headcanon that was written back in 2015, before the 12 Guardians had their lore upgrade in 7* and GGC. There were speculations about how Alyut's angel is sussy (stuff describing there's a shadow behind Alyut in his 6* lore) and how Narza looks like a fallen Alyut.

How much of this is canon / official material?

• I'd say about 30%-ish. Some of the things like Demon God Zorbadel are actually in the GGC (just serving as a regular boss fight and doesn't impact the lore, unlike here) Major differences include Zephyr actually arriving in time with proof, Farlon not berserking, Signas being the one who killed Narza instead of Maggress so the story is contained within the Guardians, etc. Oh and Narza actually being Alyut alter.

Why make this chart?

• Because while I released the artbook of this AU last year, I think the length of the words are too intimidating for people to start reading the story I've written :") And because it was in the style of BF lore, where you have to connect the story yourself via individual stories. Back in the day people will make relationship charts like this and this is my way of summarizing the things that happened! And I just want more people to know the loreee 😭

But Vay, this part deviates from your comic from 7 years ago-

• SSSSSSSHHH retcons happen. I won't be redrawing those comics, but it's probably the closest thing to a comic form of what transpired in the chart... just that A LOT of the stuff were changed. Oh and my old arts are cringe

• That's cool! If you have other headcanons you like more as well, that's also cool! This idea came before the 7* lore was released, after all.

I need more details about the plot!! Where can I read more!!

• It's all written on my artbook, there's a total of 20k words of lore in it LMAO. Same with the character arts / expressions were also made for the artbook. It's available digitally if you're interested you can poke me, I'll probably drop a link in the comments

What's for the future? What is this hanging ending?? A bugged unit???

• I had planned at least 4 more comics about the post-reincarnated-as-Unit arc. Right now the draft is done for the first two (and probably rewrite one of them because that's done in 2018), and one of them is Raydn focused comic that hopefully will be done before the end of the year :> Please look forward to it!
