Wallet recovery phrase not giving my BAT

I had to delete and reinstall the Brave browser so I could get my wallet to verify with uphold. When I put my Phrase in it says that 0 BAT was recovered. I've tried one I saved last week and one I saved today and nothing. So am I out of luck and lost my BAT forever?
