How to set Brave Beta as the Default Browser?

Hey everyone, I apologize if this has been an issue in the past as well but currently I can't set Brave Beta as my default browser. I believe I can set Brave Stable as the default but I personally would like to stay on the beta channel. Will this be fixed with a future update (like in the past) or is there something I can do right now to resolve the issue? Thanks!
