Good evening everyone, I am a first-time poster seeking advice on how to handle a persistent noise disturbance from my neighbors. Every weekend, they play loud bass music past reasonable hours, often continuing well past midnight. I have attempted to address the issue multiple times, speaking directly to the neighbors and their parents, as well as knocking on their detached garage where the music is being played. Despite my efforts, the noise continues to be a problem and I am at a loss for what to do next. I have made it clear that while music before 12 AM is fine, after that time it becomes a disturbance to my ability to sleep. The situation has now escalated to the point where my requests to turn off the music were met with hostility and talkback at about 12:10 when I asked them to turn it off. I am writing this at 12:55 AM and the bass can still be heard in my bedroom despite there being no other noise in my home. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
