Meningioma
Post Body

Hi! I had an incidental finding of a 0.8cm meningioma earlier this year. My only symptoms are extreme fatigue, memory issues, cold sweats, dizziness and fainting. The MRI reports the location to be left temporal lobe with an atypical surface area. I see a neurosurgeon at our local university (Iowa) in a few weeks. I donโ€™t mind traveling for a great doctor. Does anyone have any suggestions? All of my non-neurologist care providers generalize that the risks of surgery outweigh the benefits, but Iโ€™m not sure I agree. I want my life back!

Edited: I put 8cm instead of 0.8cm in my first post! That makes a huge difference! So sorry! And thank you for the responses!
