I'm so glad this sub reddit exists.
Post Body

So 20 years ago I had a huge brain tumor on my brain stem. It was non cancerous. 2 years later it came back cancerous, I was 10 at the time. Had surgery and did weeks of radiation and checkups- MRI's for 20 years. I'm 30 now. Just had what was supposed to be my last MRI ever. Doctor said everything looks good glad to help you these last 20 years. On my ride home the doctor called and explained that the radiologist found a 1mm tumor/cyst. That got me so worried, I made myself sick. I'm going for a spinal MRI this week. And a head MRI in 6 months to see if it changes. This sub reddit helped me get through my anxiety and stress. It gives me hope hearing all your strong/brave stories.
