I'm looking to go back to school after graduating a decade ago. The GRE was a major obstacle for me and I was most intimidated by the writing component. However, I'm also extremely burned out and didn't want to kill myself drilling for the test. I decided to write several essays in the week leading up to the test because my anxiety was finally getting to me. I used the scoreitnow app and the highest I got was a 4.5.

Well, I fucking got a 5! I almost cried when I saw the score because I didn't think it was going to be above a 4. During the master's program open house they basically said a 5 would be a major boost for entry to the program. I'm fucking stoked.
