Interested in braces to fix my bite and align my teeth

I wanted to know what are the ways to fix a bite/align teeth? I've been told 3 options: 1) by removing teeth, yikes... 2) by removing surface area on teeth, not sure if teeth will look off if not done correctly... 3) by using an orthodontic implant/screw, liked this option because i was told i wouldn't need to remove teeth nor remove surface area on teeth; however, not sure if the orthodontic implants will bother/hurt... please let me know your experience with numbers 2 and 3, or of any other ways please! I'm not asking which i should choose i just would like to hear people's experiences and what other options there are. Thanks.
