Open bite correction
Post Body

Hey y'all. I've been in braces since July 2018. My ortho put me in elastics a few months ago and we've been working on my posterior open bite.

My teeth are coming together, and I HATE IT. I hate how crowded my mouth feels, I hate the sensation of my canines and premolars touching each other, I already have a small mouth and I feel like it's smaller than ever.

Has anyone else gone through this? My teeth look great but I've been distressed for weeks over how it feels. I'm always aware of my mouth and I feel like I'm going crazy.

This is literally what I signed up for but I'm miserable lol
