I do a lot of training and a few times a week it’s 2x a days and I’ve used BPC before and have heard of ppl using it regularly cycled for recovery purposes I’m wondering what’s a safe dose I could run for 6-8 weeks at a time just to be able to recover from training and workouts as well as if I can maybe just use the oral version if that helps to the same effect
