Lost my bpc virginity this am

I finally did it. After almost a year of researching and learning, I had my first pin this am.
10mg peptides - from limitless 3.5 mg - bac water from limitless 8 units injection to stomach to get around 200 mcg
I plan on doing another injection in the evening. I’ve put the peptides inside an empty prescription bottle and stored it in the fridge.
Felt a little nauseous the first hour but it tapered off.
Any other advice or suggestions?

I do 1 ml bac for every 5mg of bpc as reference
