Bpc-157 and tb-500 stack to avoid shoulder surgery

After physical therapy failed I was told surgery is my only option to repair my rotator cuff and biceps tendon. Today I started taking bpc-157 at 200 mcg daily and tb-500 at 2.5 mg 2x per week. I'm also taking oral 1000 mcg bpc-157 which I heard suck, but I'm covering all my bases. I lift HEAVY 6x per week. I will let you know my progress.
