Hi! Hope everyone is having an amazing day! I have a question about shipping with boxycharm. I have been reading a LOT of comments, I mean an OBSESSIVE amount, and I’m so concerned about my add-ons and my boxes are not going to arrive. This was my first month recovering a box and I was so excited to open the door and see it and to look at all my products. Then I saw the deals in add ons and decided to get a few things. I’m literally jumping for joy getting things for a deal and having them delivered. However after reading comments about never receiving products, taking months to ship add ons, missing products, Im kinda concerned about not receiving my products. Should I cancel my subscription? I don’t want to but I’ve never been this conflicted. I’m only hesitant because I also saw people having a hard time getting in contact with them for refunds or even a email of when the product is coming. I rather just pay full price and pick it up from the store than deal with what a lot of people have been saying. Have you been through this? If so how did it work for you because I’m a little worried! Thanks!!
