Hey guys, new here and new to bow hunting.
I’ve got my first compound bow a few months back a Hoyt rx7 ultra 70lb. I’ve been shooting a decent amount recently as I try to go to the range 2-3 times a week and I shoot for about 2 hours each time. Recently I’ve been getting a lot of pain between my shoulder blades in my upper back and neck. Is this a normal thing that everyone experiences when shooting? Or am I overdoing it and risking injury for myself?
Is there any good tips on stretch’s or workouts that I could do to help minimize pain and discomfort? Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
