So, Iām relatively new to Bourbon and am still searching for that perfect/favorite bottle. I am finding I definitely love the sweeter bourbons more, as Woodford Double Oak, OF 1910, Wilderness Trail Sweet, Willet Pot Still Reserve, and even 1792 Sweet wheat were more in the neighborhood of what I want. However, I am still looking for an all-out Butterscotch-/Molasses-/Maple Syrup-/otherwise-dessert-BOMB of a bottle. I definitely dislike the ethanol burn, but can tolerate higher proofs provided they pull out more complex sweet notes like that banana note in JD Single Barrel. Spicy and floral notes are also not preferred if it can be helped.
Any suggestions you all can offer? Lesser known stuff is also appreciated too.
