This stuff is really, really interesting - for those of you who dig the out of the ordinary. They are using very high quality sorghum syrup, made from fully pressed canes, including the grain (though I imagine that only makes up a tiny percent of the volume/flavor) which pushes it into the realm of being defined as whiskey. Flavor-wise, it's kind of a cross between rum, rhum agricole, and bourbon. A tad pricey, but worth it if you find it (they have distribution in NY, DC, South Carolina, Georgia).
Longer write-up on the stuff and the excellent sorghum farm they source from at http://www.thirstysouth.com/2015/09/25/sorghum-whiskey/
