Hi, I've been experiencing this the last four sessions and I just haven't been able to perform at my peak. All of a sudden my hips feel really weak, and while not painful I feel very wobbly when climbing and like something is quite different than I'm used to.
Specifically I feel like already 20 minutes into the session my hips can't keep up like they used to. Beginning is fine as ever, but I get really easily fatigued?
I get that climbing takes a toll on the ligaments and there is some "breaking in" and increased mobility is expected as a result over longer time. I've been climbing for 3 months 3-4 times a week and been completely injury free, what's more is before my hips started bothering me I'd had a week sedentary so I don't feel like I overworked them 🤷
Anywho, my question is is this just totally normal and can I go on and it will improve, or should I be careful, maybe do some hip exercises - in which case where to start?
I don't do off the wall warmup and probably should, I just do 10 minutes of boulders I know are easy for me.
