Need a mobile mechanic

My 2000 audi s4 has been sitting in the garage for over a year up on blocks. Need someone to help me finish the brakes/change the oil, and get it up and running again.
Any recommendations? Prefer someone with experience and who has worked on euro cars
Biggest problem is the gas- how do i drain the old gas? And where do i take it to be drained out?
