Tall skinny fat M needing help

I apologize for using that terminology, it’s what is used in the lifting world.
It feels like every photo I take for my SO, I just hate my stomach and flat chest. (Cis) I’m definitely on the tall side but not thick, and not great pecs, mostly flat with a tiny bit of size. I am proud of my large hands, tho skinny long fingers, and great veins in my wrist/hand.
Anyone have any tips?
