Subreddit newsletter bot, send out issues to subscribers

I recently made a pretty clunky bot (my first) for reddit, it's a bot that will send out newsletters to people who've subscribed to the newsletter (or requested it through a message). Check it out here. I'm open to suggestions, tips etc (quite new to Python).
I hope you like it, and that somebody will use it :P
You can test it with /u/subnewsbot, just send him this to see the commands.
