Infinite guardian glitch respawn?

Hey, all. I was wondering if the dead guardians, the 4 that work with the glitch, ever respawn parts? I've only done the one in the desert region, and I was hoping to do it again after the blood moon. Unfortunately, when I lift it up, no parts fall out. Is it now forever out of commission? Will it drop the same parts it did before, no parts, random parts?
Please help.
