I can't find my baubles.

Everytime I re-open the game , I can't find my baubles. This is very annoying :( Is this a bug ?
Edit : If I close the world ( without closing minecraft ) and enter it again , my baubles don't disappear. Just closing the game causes them to do so.
Edit 2 : If I equip the ring of odin , I get 1 extra row of hearts. Closing the game and re-opening causes my baubles ( including the ring of odin ) to be lost , but I still have the extra row of hearts. So when I get myself another ring of Odin , I have now 2 extra rows of hearts :D I could keep on doing this until I get illimited hearts.
