Tinctures for pain

Hey guys.
I do not smoke weed and do not like the feeling of being high. I suffer from severe chronic pain, fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. I found that a tincture helps my pain immensely. I am looking to see what is the best types of tinctures or strains I should use. I truly do not know anything about this.
