I know, almost sounds like I'm looking to date someone. It almost feels like I want to date someone. What a conundrum?!
Why casual? I'm pretty busy, not in an 'I'm too important to give you my time' sort of way, but in an I honestly have a lot of different things I'm working towards, and want to set expectations correctly. I can gaurentee my full attention when we're together, and effort our towards planning in-between spending time together.
About me: I'm an artist, and work behind the scenes in museums. I get to handle the artwork, plan their installation, prepare them for display, and build cool stuff. I can give you run tours of the two museums I've worked at in the Boston area, but sometimes I pay attention to weird things at museums, like how a case is constructed, or an object is mounted.
I have a stupid number of hobbies/interests which currently include 3D printing, paper making, photography, metal working, wood working, 3D modeling, and ceramics.
I'm pretty handy with DIY stuff.
Animal lover, currently 2 dogs, a bunch of fish, and volunteer with cats at an animal shelter.
Enjoy nature, moderate hiking, biking, kayaking.
Avid consumer of Sci-fi/Fantasy/Superhero popular culture. Former DnD player, also like card, and board games.
Enjoy cooking/baking and checking out restaurants. Can eat just about everything, especially a fan of Asian cuisine (South Asian, Southeast Asian, East Asian, all the Asian). Can do spicy.
I have incredibly low expectations from this subreddit, so feel free to pleasantly surprise me if you've read this far and are interested!
