I have another opportunity to try this again (later this week or over the weekend) and hope it works out. I'm hoping to act out a kinky medical roleplay and need a willing patient to submit.
The plan is to set a scene up similar to those porn vids in which an older doctor type (me) performs a exam on a younger atheltic type...very similar to a sports physical that starts off normal, and ends up with an explosive finish...
First there will be a bit of touching and asking questions, which get pretty personal...then eventually the patient(you) gets nude. From there things progress until the patient gets an erection. We will then do a bit examining the testicles, a prostate check (optional), and then we'll "collect a semen sample" for good measure. It can be extracted by a nice lubed handjob, or anally through a prostate massage. I'm comfortable with either--no expectations.
The whole scene will stay medical, almost proper except we both know it's kinky af.
