Has the passion, tenderness, and care drained out of your marriage? There's a sense of loss, pain, anxiety, all while trying to keep things afloat for your kids?
I definitely understand, because that's where I am. 42, big but fit, > 6ft, professional career, years of personal therapy and growth, and a "good" family life....except for my spouse and I being absolute strangers with zero hope of growth or restoration.
I don't know exactly what I'm looking for at the moment, but maybe talking with someone that's in the same space would help? It's *really* hard to meet anyone randomly given the way life is right now, so here I am. Maybe that describes you, too.
