I recently ended up in a situation where I got passed over at the last minute for the place I was supposed to move into at the beginning of April, for a “more qualified candidate,” whatever that means.

Now that I’m back on my search for a room, one of my criteria is that the other person is cool with me hosting for hookups (and the like) frequently. It’s an obstacle when different people have different comfort levels when it comes to guests, even if they’re quick ones, or not overnight. So now, my genius brain has decided to come here and cut out that middleman. My logic? There’s a bunch of horny people here who probably live in the area I want to move to, and I’m sure I’ll have better luck here finding people who are cool with having a roommate who hosts for their own personal hookups. And to clarify, this isn’t like a “free use roommate to fuck whenever you want,” situation, but I wouldn’t be opposed to occasional sex with the person I live with, as long as all the logistical stuff falls into place.

The odds are kinda low that someone reading this lives in a T-accessible area just north or east of Boston proper, is looking for a roommate by next month, is looking to fuck me too, and sees this post, but we’ll see. My budget can’t be too high and I’d need parking/laundry, but otherwise I’m pretty open. Also if you’re cool with the roommate thing but aren’t interested in fucking me, that’s also fine.

As for people who are my type: the closer to my age, the better. I like bears & otters (definitely hairy, but can be either fit or chubby), uncut, average sized dick, vers/vers tops, and people who are generally sociable, have a job, hobbies/interests, etc.
