That’s the idea. Lately I’ve been reflecting on nostalgic memories of ex girlfriends, ex partners and what it is in me that can seem to sometimes be my own worst enemy. We all need the ego, but I’ve lately wondered if my ego has led me astray. Nostalgia can be strange. Do we really want to go back to those places and relationships that no longer exist?
