Yup, you read that correctly. Less than a day later here I am to brighten your day with good tidings from the Reddit fairy.

Sometimes the slim odds work out in your favor. We all know that as a man the odds of getting response from a post is... not great, but with a free evening ahead I rolled the dice with this post. Obviously my inbox sat empty as I went about my work. Eventually it was time to wrap up my work, so I decide to check reddit one last time before popping over to my local pub for a couple beers and what did I see waiting for me?

A chat request.99% of the time I know exactly what that means. It’s a guy who either didn’t read the post or is hoping I’m “flexible” in what I’m looking for. And y’all know how high quality those messages tend to be. To my surprise and delight it was an actually a short but witty message that actually showed that my post had been read in full. We exchanged pictures, chatted and made plans to meet for a drink all in the span of thirty minutes.

We were heading from opposite sides of the city so we met in the middle, and despite our fair T being what it is, we both arrived a few minutes early. She looked just as great as she did in her picture. The conversation flowed freely and we covered a pretty broad swath from work, to parenting, my very busy poly life, and other more spicy topics.

​

The only downside was that it was a last minute plan on a Monday night and therefore couldn’t last as long as, either of us would have liked. Alas it was time for us to leave. I asked her if I walked her to the T there was a chance of a kiss, to which she said yes ^{remember fellas, consent is sexy}.

​

I don't know about you, but there's something about spring and acting like a foolish teenager that go hand in hand. Our first kiss led to a very steamy make-out sesh in a closed storefront with thoroughly wandering hands. Let's just say a number of passers by went silent. We even had a driver suggest quite loudly that we get a room as they drove by.

​

Nights like last night are why I shoot for the stars by posting here in r/bostonr4r. While the odds are slim let hope spring eternal in all your deviant little hearts.
