As a seasoned high tech executive at a successful company, lately I've been interested in mentoring younger talent, especially young women who are looking to build a career in science and technology. Adding the romantic allure makes the mentoring relationship more powerful and effective, but I obviously cannot do that at work. The combination of a protege and lover deserves only the best. I'm white (European), 5'10", 175lbs, reasonably good shape. You can be any color, shape or size. But your brains and ambition must be extra large.
