Hi all, there is 1 bedroom available in our 4 BR apartment which is 15 minute walk from Davis Sq./red line, and 5 minutes walking distance from Ball Sq. and the new green line station. It’s a one year lease starting September 1st, rent is $1075 not including utilities. There is no private parking but street parking is easy in our neighborhood- never had any issues finding a spot nearby at any time of day.

The apartment is 2 floors; 3 bedrooms and 1/2 bathroom are on the top floor, and 1 BR on the bottom floor which is the one available, in addition to the living room, kitchen, extra common room/office, full bathroom and a front balcony. There is plenty of storage in the basement, the apartment doesn’t feel cluttered at all and we like to keep it neat. Laundry machines in the basement, free to use.

The current tenants are 3 guys: a 33 year old private investigator (me), a 27 year old in real estate, and a 35 year old researcher at MIT. We’re clean, friendly, 420 friendly, non-discriminatory and will consider most applicants but prefer someone in their 20’s or 30’s (no undergrads) who share the same features. We don’t throw parties often but do have get-togethers from time to time and are OK with guests on occasion as long as they’re considerate and respectful.
