Hi all, there are 2 bedrooms available in our 4 BR apartment in Somerville which is 5 minutes walking distance from Ball Sq. and the new green line station, and 15 minute walk from Davis Sq./red line. It’s a one year lease starting September 1st, rent is $1075 not including utilities. There is no private parking but street parking is easy in our neighborhood- never had any issues finding a spot nearby at any time of day.

The apartment is 2 floors; 3 bedrooms and 1/2 bathroom are on the top floor, and 1 BR on the bottom floor in addition to the living room, kitchen, extra common room/office, full bathroom and a front balcony. There is plenty of storage, the apartment doesn’t feel cluttered at all and we like to keep it neat.

The current tenants are 2 guys: a 33 year old private investigator (me) and a 35 year old researcher at MIT. We’re clean, friendly, 420 friendly, non-discriminatory and will consider most applicants but prefer someone in their 20’s or 30’s (no undergrads) who share the same features. We don’t throw parties often but do have get-togethers from time to time and are OK with guests on occasion as long as they’re considerate and respectful.
