My lease is currently ending this month and I have been looking at Studios and also 1 Bds. Due to the housing market right now there are a lot of great deals to be had. Even in some cases I have seen larger 3 bds with a upstairs for under $1800 per person a month for only 2 people. I have called around 30 different apartment complexes and negotiated just some of the following below deals.

From my last Apt I have some furniture, an 82” TV and also to go out shopping to furnish the place further.

Location & Price: I am pretty flexible with this as I can work remote so the places I have been looking at are. I would like to keep rent under $1800 or lower per person per month.

• I am a great cook if I do say so myself and something I love to do in order to relax.
• I keep very active, on the weekends I will most likely headed to Newport for surfing / sailing or going up north to downhill bike in the summer or head up to Killington VT for snowboarding in the winter.
