Looking for room options for October or November move in. Could potentially do a September move in. Budget is $900 before utilities but less is preferred. Location preference is above the Charles River (Somerville, Cambridge, etc) but not required. Dog friendly is must! I'd be bringing my pitbull (mentioning in case of breed restrictions), who's very sweet and obsessed with being friends with every living thing. I do have an ESA letter for him if needed
