9 Myrtle St. Beacon Hill current or former tenants

Looking into possibly moving into a 2 bedroom unit in this building. I do have a small dog and a car moving with me. I know, I've heard parking is terrible. I plan on getting a resident parking permit and I work from home so I don't plan on driving everyday. I'm curious to know if there are any current or former tenants who have any helpful feedback they could share about living there. Any insight is appreciated. TIA! 🙏
