Generally speaking about festival season overall, does anyone else find it a bit more exciting this year that we know so little about this year's lineups are going to shake out?
Post Body

I'm looking at conversations across the entire board of festival season, and the one thing that's becoming clear is how very little we know of how not just BC but all festivals are going to shake out this year. At this point last year and years past, we had a pretty good idea of what several mid-sized and indie artists' plans for touring were going to be in the springtime, which in turn made it easy to say, "They'll be playing Coachella...", "Looks like Boston Calling is likely...", "Bonnaroo headliner, probably..." but aside from a few huge stadium and arena tours, that's not the case this year.

And I find that refreshingly exciting.
