Opinion on buying tickets now or holding out for resale prices to go down

Last year was an anomaly with how the resale tickets played out, so with that in mind, how do we think this year is gonna play out? I think there is some buzz behind this lineup but nothing compared to what we saw in 2020. Is it really worth buying tickets today before price tiers go up? Or is the move this year to once again hold out and watch the resale market and hope tickets go down in price again like last year.

Edit: I just bit the bullet and bought my ticket. The demand for these tickets is way higher than I thought it looks like
