Thank you to whoever turned my wallet into the Brighton police station!
Post Body

I lost my wallet yesterday on my way home, on a stretch of road passing the Brighton police station. I searched my house up and down for it, and was resigned to have to order all new cards again after having lost my wallet just in December.

It occurred to me that I should retrace my steps, and when I was walking my route to the bus I realized that the police station was right there and someone probably turned it in if they found it. I was right! They just asked me to describe my wallet and asked my name and I got my wallet back, all my cards and my T pass were still inside, and the fine citizen didn’t even take my book of stamps. (I lose my wallet so often, I don’t even carry cash.)

Definitely replacing my tile tracker after today, but I was impressed by the honesty of this random citizen today. Thank you kind sir/madam!
