Credit Card Convenience Fee
Post Body
It's still illegal to charge someone more (3% of bill) for using a credit card instead of cash right? There wasn't some law passed last year that did away with this?
Ran into a restaurant that said using a credit card would make the bill 3% more because they are allowed to charge customers the credit card fee now, but I don't remember that being a thing.
