Please see if attending this rally interests you:
We have lost one brave hero, a prominent Russian opposition politician who fought for people and truth - Boris Nemtsov. We gather to commemorate Boris Nemtsov and voice our demands to save the life of Nadiya Savchenko. On 1 March Nadiya will be on her 79th day of hunger strike. She must LIVE! please help to #FreeSavchenko!
In solidarity with the protests that will be happening in Moscow and throughout Russia on March 1 that demand freedom for political prisoners, including the prisoners of Bolotnaya Square, prisoners of the new anti-protest law (including Mark Galperin and Vladimir Ionov), freedom for Nadezhda Savchenko and other Ukrainian prisoners of war (POWs) held in Russia illegally, and an immediate end to Kremlin's military aggression in Ukraine, including reported use of paid volunteers, shipping of military equipment, military intelligence, and regular troops.
Regardless of where you are from and what language you speak, you are invited to join us and show support for the brave individuals living in Russia who are not afraid to speak out against dictator Putin. The Kremlin does its best to silence them, and so it is our responsibility as inhabitants of a free country to help their voices be heard.
