Hey all, I'm contemplating purchasing a condo on Revere Beach and recently learned it's a high risk flood zone. I'm wondering for people who live in the area what the flooding situation has been like? Is it a reason to rethink purchasing property there? The building I'm looking at did not do a great job of future proofing as the garage is underground, unlike the newer buildings which are elevated off the ground. This would be my first property and it's unlikely I'd live there more than a few years. Have current residents witnessed much flooding and is it a reason to rethink this purchase?
