Are there any local medical studies happening on pelvic floor dysfunction? There are always a million medical studies being advertised around town

Doctors think that I have this mysterious disease that's less common in men, so if I'm gonna be in crazy pain and be constipated I'd like to help doctors understand this and of course get compensated for it. I'd honestly do it for free though, this shit is ROUGH.
It's a long shot but I figure we have all these hospitals, someone must be studying this shit.
